Trading Charter/Booking Conditions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION We want you to enjoy your Days Out with Bakers Dolphin. The following simple conditions, which are applicable to all
passengers, are in place to assist with the successful operation of all departures and to benefit the comfort and safety of all travellers: • MOBILITY
ISSUES/WHEELCHAIR USERS Please advise us at time of booking if you will be bringing a wheelchair or an electric scooter (must be dismantled and weigh
no more than 20kgs). Prior to booking please check with us that the access arrangements and suitability of the venue meet your needs and/or carer tickets
are available to pre-book. • SMOKING Smoking including e-cigarettes is not permitted on board any company vehicle. • PASSENGER CONDUCT No alcohol or
hot food may be brought on board the coach; furthermore passengers will not be permitted to travel if, in the driver’s view, their behaviour is likely to impact
the safety or comfort of other passengers. Failure to respect our vehicles may well result in consequential charges to repair damage and cleaning. • MOBILE
PHONES & ELECTRONIC DEVICES may be used with discretion and courtesy for other passengers. • TIME KEEPING We endeavour to maintain the timings
that we have set out, but occasionally this will not be possible. The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury or inconvenience sustained by
any person through failure of any road vehicle, ship, train or other means of conveyance to perform its journey or to depart or to arrive at the time advertised or
at all, or through any detention, delay, early running or want of punctuality. The company shall have no liability of any kind in consequences of any passenger
failing to be present on the departure of the tour or at the time it departs from its destination or any point en route. • GUIDE DOGS Registered Assistance Dogs
will normally be accommodated on our trips, please notify us at the time of booking. • CANCELLATION The Company hopes that each tour will be operated
as advertised but reserves the right, without previous notice, to alter or cancel any tour at their discretion. If any tour is cancelled, the passenger may accept
any alternative tour, which the company can offer; alternatively all monies paid will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay,
injury or inconvenience sustained by any person through alteration or cancellation of any tour. • NOTE On occasions, due to insufficient passenger numbers,
the Company may, at its discretion and without liability, combine multiple tours on the same vehicle. • REFUNDS Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and
deposits non-refundable. • GENERAL The Company reserves the right to allocate whatever size vehicle it deems appropriate. In order to offer a wide choice of
pick-up points, the use of ‘feeder’ services is sometimes necessary. Specific seats may be requested and may be allocated, but the Company reserves the right
to alter seat numbers at its sole discretion, for whatever reason without any liability. The Company reserves the right to alter published prices as a result of
price increases in product supplied by third parties.
