• Ambleside, Hawkshead and Coniston. Included during your holiday:
• Bowness on Windermere where you have free time to explore. • We travel to Hawkshead with its delightful cottages and cobbles,
• Visit to Glenridding with a journey on the Ullswater lake ‘steamer.’ then on to Ambleside with its much-photographed Bridge House
• Lake ‘steamer’ cruise along Lake Windermere to Lakeside. • Keswick on the banks of Ullswater and considered the capital of

Friday After breakfast we depart for home. • We venture into the Yorkshire Dales with a stop in the small market
town of Kirby Lonsdale before continuing via Ingleton to Skipton,
Hawkshead known as the ‘Gateway to the Dales’, where today is also market
day so you can shop for local goods or look for a bargain.
• Visit to Kendal with its castle ruins, quaint cobbled streets, antique
shops and K Village shopping outlet.
• Bowness on Windermere, a bustling tourist hotspot with
independent shops and interesting museums to explore.
Friday After breakfast we depart for home.
